Project Detail:

This is the project to develop the subscription management application and telecommunications account for Viettel customers.

Viettel poses the problem of converting telecom operations from the work of employees / transactors to a smart mobile platform that helps customers to handle problems on their own applications. However, the cost to build the project team is a big challenge for the network operator, requiring Viettel to find a third party that can provide the optimal solution at the most economical price.

Besides, the old system of Viettel network is being built on iOS with ObjectiveC language – not the strength of the team of programmers at the client company.

=> TTC Solutions, with competitive advantage in price and a solid technology foundation, has been selected by Viettel as a partner in this project.

TTC Solutions has a strong power about mobile, ensuring continued operation and development on the Objective-C language as well as gradually moving to Swift, reducing application capacity, increasing performance and maintenance.

Project Results:

• Up to now, MyViettel has become a multi-service application with about 33.5 million accounts and about 800,000 daily users

• Continue to support Viettel in maintaining system operation stability
