PROJECT MANAGER

1. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project management tasks: project planning; progress tracking; quality management; risk management and requirement management; working model and processes, issue solving; Project accounting & financial management tasks
  • HR management tasks: motivate and evaluate team members
  • Communication: communicate to customer, managers, and other departments
  • Business development tasks: Quality, Productivity improvement and customer relationship 

2. MUST HAVE:

  • Language: Can communicate in English
  • Qualifications: A Bachelor degree, preferably in computer-related field
  • Required experience:
    – At least 2 years of experience as a Software/Project Manager in an IT company and having experience in a project including 5-10 members.
    – Proven experience in project estimation, budget control, people management and risk management

3. NICE TO HAVE:

Have experience as a PM/Leader in an Agile software development environment
